This medical centre has to be one of the worst organised medical centres in western Sydney. They’re never on time with their bookings. Why make patients book an appointment when you guys are always 30-60 mins late every single time. Fix your bookings
I have been going to City West Medical Centre for more than 15 years. I have visited many doctors in this centre and been seeing doctor Serkan Erkan for the last 6-7 years and always been happy and satisfied with his knowledge and attention to every detail. His commitment to best advice gives me and my family complete confidence and peace of mind. I highly recommend him if you looking for best family practitioner
I went to City West Medical Centre today; the reception staff were very attentive and friendly. We had an appointment with our doctor, Serkan Erkan. We are always very pleased with our doctor whenever we visit. We are so grateful to have a doctor in this country who is so attentive, disciplined, and knowledgeable. Thank you.
Recommened Medical centre. All doctors are friendly and front desk is very helpful.
Too many communication issues and rude attitude. Overall, the service lacked professionalism and courtesy. I had to wait approximately 5 minutes in front of the reception desk until the receptionists' conversation ends to ask a question. And the way RN Honia treated me was inappropriate and rude. she tapped my shoulder when she was talking to me and I felt like I'm being a kid. Hope she learn how to treat people. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I do not intend to visit this clinic again.
