The shitest medical.don't waste your time guys.i bought my son in here to xray L hand we waited for two hours. Then th receptionist tell us story our system is not working..then we found another medical centre it was about 50 minutes far away.
I have been under Dr. Serkan care for half a year months before I left to another state with my husband, every visit always the same professional yet warm and Dr. Serkan listen to my every health issues and help me to understand everything i need. I am struggling to find a doctor that has even 20% of Dr. Serkan and now i realised that is hard to find a doctor that has a good attitude, not rude, rushing or cutting you while you speak, help you to understand this medical words. Thank you for your response. I understand that walk-in patients may need to wait. My concern was not the wait itself, but the lack of communication regarding the expected waiting time. If I had been informed on arrival that: "As a walk-in, the wait could be 1–2 hours or more. If you'd prefer a shorter wait, it's best to book an appointment." Very disappointed with experience at this clinic. Booked in advance and was left waiting for over an hour past the scheduled appointment time. Such a long delay is not acceptable. The reception staffs were no clear explanation or regular updates regarding the delays. They were lack of communication and the handling of the situation felt unprofessional. Disrespectful for patient's time. But the doctors are patient and professional. Totally NOT recommended it to other people based the experience.
If you value being treated like a human, I would suggest you run far away from this place. I called this centre for some info and the person who picked up was the manager of the place. She was extremely rude and short tempered. Then, when I asked for her name she refused to give it to me. Imagine this. Then she demanded I tell her my name. I couldn’t believe it.
