This surgery is absolutely useless. They can't sort out a repeat prescription. I have to order medication every month & 9 times out of 10 there is a problem. They are just full of excuses & it never gets any better. They have even accused my pharmacist of being a liar....but no it was actually the surgery who was wrong. Surprise surprise! Ordered a prescription on a Monday went to pick it up on Friday and it had not been sent from the surgery AGAIN. The receptionist at the surgery said it was because someone was off sick. With the amount of staff they have one person off sick should not stop people getting their medication. Just another excuse for bad practice management.(I have asked to speak to the practice manager on three separate occasions but have never had a reply)
This practice gives what is given, respect is top of the list under standing and empathy , I for one cannot fault the doctors and blood nurses, if I ve had to wait to be seen I don’t mind as I know that same time will be given to me,I just wish people would think the same,,so for me a big thank you to you all at city way surgery
E consult form is absolutely useless and I’ve been trying to get an appointment for 6 months. The receptionist say they can help with appointments but says they can not give a appointment because the e consult form is full
Always received great care from the surgery. I have called a few times for my baby and always seen the same day and given support. The staff and doctors are always very nice and helpful. I am so happy I moved surgery last year!
