E consult form is absolutely useless and I’ve been trying to get an appointment for 6 months. The receptionist say they can help with appointments but says they can not give a appointment because the e consult form is full
Always received great care from the surgery. I have called a few times for my baby and always seen the same day and given support. The staff and doctors are always very nice and helpful. I am so happy I moved surgery last year!
Can't get appointment, can't book even in advance. You have to call first thing every day to be told NO. If you work this is impossible as on way to work by then, so even if they were to offer appointment you can't go back. JUST LET ME BOOK AN Appointment. System does not work unless home every day
Have been with this surgery 8 months and cannot fault it, each time I do a econsult I almost always get a same day appointment, ALL the staff are very nice professional and caring, I have been quite unwell last few months and I have been reassured and followed up quickly with necessary tests. It's a shame so many negative reviews!
Terrible practice. Was only able to get an appointment after trying econsult many times which never got me an appointment, and then was given an appointment but wasn't even told about it. Now that I've missed it which wasn't even my fault, they're not giving me an appointment. I've waited many years for this appointment, after this practice neglecting me many times and telling me i'm over exaggerating when i'm literally passing out from my pain and issues.
