I wish I could give 0 stars. I moved to Springfield 5 years ago and every year I have to call them multiple times because they messed up my water meter read...to the extent of 20,000 gallons or more! Each time I have had to call their customer support it has been an absolutely agonizing experience. They are extremely rude and argue to all extents. Good rates. Terrible customer service. Very rude, lie about your account, just not a great experience all around.
MANY thanks to the employees who worked in the freezing cold and wind on Friday to repair a utility pole hit by a car on Bruns lane and restore power to our neighborhood .
