Fantastic service from Dom and the team. Resolved a boiler problem that had evaded many before them. Professional, courteous and really helpful explaining how everything works. We would definitely recommend and have just signed up to one of the excellent annual service plans they offer.

Found this company after a bank holiday weekend with no heat or hot water. Boiler had been disconnected by the emergency service after a gas leak. Despite it being a busy morning we received a quick call back to our enquiry and were pleased to be offered a same day appointment . We were advised of an estimated time and given a call an hour before the engineer should arrive. When Dominic and his apprentice arrived they quickly identified and fixed the problem .
