WARNING: DO NOT STAY HERE! I agree with Susan Minter's review. We travelled a long way only to find out that our accommodation was double booked. Prior to arriving I received messages welcoming me, yet the manager insists the booking did not make it into their system. This is clearly not our fault... Yes, Rheanna did source alternative accommodation, but it was in a 3-star "dive" motel, that wanted $8000 for our 9-night stay! The receptionist is so rude!!! Double booked our accommodation for 10 nights!!! Now it’s costing another $3600!!! Not good enough!!!

We recently stayed at Cityville for 2 nights and were blown away! The room was meticulously clean and tidy, something I value very highly. Our room was spacious and had everything we could ever need. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Rockhampton.
Was my home away from home for many months and was made to feel have welcomed. Location is excellent - close to city centre, stocklands, league club, river walk, aquatic centre and beautiful big parks and playgrounds. My room was excellent, the layout was fantastic, bed was comfy and I had everything I needed in my room. Emily & Noel organised a quiet as possible room for which I could make dark as a 24/7 irregular shift worker.
