I went here to get my appendix checked after it had ruptured and was still in pain 3 weeks after the drain (they didn't remove it yet) Dr Alford pushed for my surgery to be 3 months down the line and also pushed that I had crohns disease or something else that cause it too rupture. Not even a week after the appointment it ruptured again and my new doctor was astonished that they didn't remove it. If you have this man as a doctor, ask for another(Dr. Mcoll is amazing). Easy to deal with.
This company is a joke. The front desk staff are incompetent and hang up on their patients. They refuse to even give physical exams. Dr mitic won't even look at your chart before speaking to you and she hasn't been a Dr long enough to know what she's doing. Absolutely horrendous patient relations and the desk staff are absolutely awful. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Had to book my procedure a year in advance at a particular time and then my appointment reminder email informed me that they moved the appointment to the afternoon.... When I called the office to check if it was a mistake they informed me they had just moved the appointment without notifying me of the change. Poor form. Receptionist did apologize and I realize there is nothing she can do once someone else is booked into my original time slot but very poor administrative practices in my opinion.
