Signed up on their website to view/tour properties awhile ago for a designated time to only arrive to those properties no longer available. No call or heads up and overall a waste of time and gas to check it out. Disappointed. Edit: No I would not come close to qualifying for a property that cost 400 more monthly when I spoke to you in office unless you were not listening. We LOVE living here! The downtown area is amazing and the team here at Cityview goes above and beyond to help and make sure we have everything we need! Brandon recently helped me and my husband find a stolen bag that went missing and made sure to hold on to it for us until we could come retrieve it! He helped us with the police and was super glad to do it all! He truly is putting in tons of effort to make sure this place is a positive and clean environment for everyone! Dysfunctional management and high rent increases to existing tenants. We loved the previous property manager. They treat current residents poorly. We lived there for two years and rent was going up $400 a month if we wanted to extend. More and more random fees over time. I would give Floyd and the maintenance team 5 stars. Everything else about City View has regressed.
Love living here. Always take great care.
Property manager is rude. Partner and myself were treated as stupid first time buyers. Inconsistent information on what charges were mandatory or optional. Website lies about prices, price estimates online are 500 dollars under true prices. Informed the manager we were no longer interested and to update our records to no longer contact us, yet they continued to call, needing me to block them. Need I go on? Don't try to live here.
