Told us they would be able to provide pricing and estimates on a new home build. Strung us along for 3+ weeks while we waited and stressed about acquiring the parcel of land we were looking at. After waiting they reply with "at this time, we wont be able to help you with this project." because they bit off too many new builds for their small team. They missed multiple self provided deadlines they provided to our realtor/ us. Lots of promises with no progress only to tell us they wont do it.
