Realmente mi experiencia en este complejo ha sido muy mala ya que desde que llegamos tuvimos varios inconvenientes con el tema del parking ya que los parking asignados siempre estaban ocupados adicional a eso me parece que el servicio que cobran por el consumo de agua es estremadamente costoso por otro lado mi apt quede al frente de una de las piscinas y me ha tocaro cruzar todo para dirigirme a la otra ya que la que está cerca a mi apt siempre está demasiado sucia y la zona de BBQ ni se diga realmente el costo de r... read more
Mine and my girlfriend’s experience at this apartment complex has been extremely awful! Extremely huge roach problem. The apartment complex is extremely dirty with homeless walking freely and rummaging through the trash bins. The complex is deteriorating from the ground up.lack of security cameras. Main gates have been vandalized and are not accessible. Second floor walk balcony is caving in and is held up by a wooden beam. Management is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Have been living here for 5 months and Only giving 5 stars because MARIA the cleaning lady up keeps and maintains this building in a safe and clean nvironment. She's super nice and the sweetest. She cleans the building a couple days out of the week and always does a great job!
Every morning I see Maria Díaz working hard & helping maintain our property nice & clean. She always says good morning & always has a positive attitude. I enjoy seeing her on a daily basis.
