I honestly like living here because it's quiet and as long as you communicate with them they'll work with you.
I lived at City View for three years. I was a good tenant. I always paid rent several days before it was due and kept my apartment very clean. Several tenants around me were the opposite! The fist two years living there i didn't have any problems untill a new property manager took over. They fired the onsite manager and never got a new one. They were no longer having a bug guy come in or having monthly inspections. We got bed bugs. I wish i could give negative stars.. slums. Absolute scam artists. Make sure to check your app when they ask for money. Because 9\10 times they are trying to get you to pay more than what you actually owe! This is the WORST place I have ever lived. Maintenance requests are NEVER done. I have lived here for 10 months, and they refuse to fix anything. Or show up without notice and say they want to "look" at what's broken or missing.
