We had an afternoon appointment for one of our dogs and the vet was on his way out as we were coming in. He smiled at us and said he'd be back in an hours time. Our appointment was a few minutes away. I guess he thought we were okay sitting around for an hour. Not a well run clinic. We took our boys elsewhere. Will never return there.

Dr. Poddar and team have always played a key role in ensuring my pets health. We have got in for emergencies and short notice visits every time we call. My cat, Guinness, loves the ladies there and is never stressed or scared. Yesterday I called at 9am because my cat had a raging eye infection, they were able to squeeze us in at 4pm. Thank you a million times over City Vet!
I had a horrible experience with the Dr at this vet office he had horrible customer service and can’t seem to take ownership over his own mistakes, after not giving me an update on how my cat was doing after his surgery they proceeded to call me ten minutes before I told them I was available to pick him up and told me he had a low temperature and nothing else I had no idea if my cat was even okay or not.
