It was fine... except for the fact that there were no tickets at the machine. And it took forever to get out of the parking lot after a concert due to an online process that took forever and was hard to access with limited cell service inside the garage.
Used this garage to park for a show at the amphitheater and it was horrible. Parkwiz said we had to call a number to be let out but they gave us a QR code for genuinely no reason. it took us about 45 minutes of waiting in line to be let out of this garage. horrible.
Had similar experience as everyone else is mentioning. Just wish I had read reviews before I decided to park here. I paid on the Park Chirp app and when I called the number to get out we were told to insert our ticket, I said I already had paid on the app and they said they needed reservation ID which I never received so they said I had to pay again. Thankfully someone who must have a monthly pass got stuck behind me and scanned his pass to let me out. Seems criminal.
Instruction for payment don’t work and attendant wouldn’t help. Car in front me couldn’t get out for 20 minutes. I couldn’t get their website to accept my credit card and was stuck the garage for at least 25 minutes. Someone in the garage was yelling, freaking out making a bad situation dangerous. Avoid this garage.
