This is the absolute worst parking garage I have ever used. I parked here Friday at 5 PM, tried to leave Saturday at 3 PM. Get to the gate, I had to use the intercom to get a code to make the payment online. No answer, so I call from my cell phone. No biggie, I make the payment. Then, the gate won't open. The woman on the phone tried multiple times to no avail. I got hung up on, called back and we tried again. After multiple agents and no luck, here I am, stuck in this parking lot. This is the worst parking garage experience I’ve ever had. First off the garage looks like it’s falling apart and it smells like pee. We waited in a line of cars for atleast 40 minutes because we were all trapped behind the gate because the tickets were not scanning. When we called to get out the workers were so unprofessional they hung up on us even though they were holding us hostage. This garage causes nothing but problems. They are super unprofessional. The garage looks like it’s about to collapse and damaged my car. I’ve contacted Blake and I’ve also contacted Samira. Samira who is also very unprofessional. Emailed several times about an incident with the car and still no answer.
