I brought my truck in for a simple alignment. Before the service, the truck was driving smoothly with no issues. After the alignment was done, it started pulling to the left while driving and pulling to the right when braking — which was never a problem before. I asked them to recheck it, but nothing was resolved. It’s clear the alignment was not done correctly, and now my truck handles worse than before. I do not recommend bringing your truck here. The guy do not seem professional or experienced with proper alignment work.
