Great work on our six trees! I appreciated the thoroughness of Andy's consultation and detailed quote. I knew exactly which branches were being trimmed and they checked in throughout the process as well. Everything was done in a timely & professional manner from consultation, email questions, to the work day. I had initially asked a different company for a quote and they just drove by without an appointment and emailed me a quote for only one tree, at a high price. Such a great experience! I learned more about my trees in one session with Jordan than I could have imagined. City Tree was so helpful in identifying the trees that needed work but, more importantly, those that could be left as is. Jordan explained every aspect and made sure we were okay with the approach for each tree we had concerns with.

I reached out to Andy to source some hardwood logs for my garden, and he was incredibly helpful. He contacted me when he was cutting down a Manitoba maple and coordinated with me to pick up when they were working. This was great-it allowed us to repurpose a tree that otherwise would have just been mulched. Andy and his team were super professional and helpful and punctual. I’d definitely recommend them.

City Tree came and pruned my 75 year old Elm tree in my backyard. They were professional, courteous and checked with me on everything. They dealt with my cranky neighbour like pros and did an absolutely beautiful job. Great cleanup and fabulous service. I highly recommend. They were the only crew that came and actually looked at my tree when looking for quotes. They were reasonably priced and professional. Thank you!
