The only tree service that we contacted that was willing to come out and help us make decisions about what was best for our trees. Both Andy and Jordan were so helpful and professional. Overall the service was punctual, efficient and professional. Our trees look great, the yard was left clean and we have a solid plan for future care and tree replacement. We look forward to working with City Tree Service for many years to come. Would highly recommend to anyone that loves trees!!

Very responsive (I only contacted a few companies but this is the only one to get back to me). I first inquired about the health of my tree, not having done anything with it in 6 years of owning my home, and asked for a quote on pruning if it was healthy. They came out the same day to look at the tree and send me a quote. I was able to communicate via text (which is easier for me) and a request I had was accommodated. Our large maple tree was dying at the top. Jordan and City Tree Service responded promptly to our questions and came the same day to do pruning and treatments to help the damaged bark heal. Jordan also provided clear plans and advice as to how we can prevent further damage to our tree. Fast, efficient, clean and knowledgeable, I recommend City Tree Service.
