Great experience renting from Toyota at City Toyota from beginning to end. My car went in the shop and my advisor connected me with the rental team that's onsite. Super convenient and the staff were fast, attentive and friendly. Got me in and out in about 15 minutes including walking me through the car. Return was just as easy. Warranty covered my rental so I can't say much about value. We appreciated that we got a very comparable rental!
My 2026 RAV4 plugin with only 4k miles was brought to service for a plugin malfunction (again), and was told I was going to given a Highlander. I need to space of the larger vehicle because I’ve got a new born. They gave me this sedan which made it difficult for my transport my family and items needed to care for my infant. The selection is terrible; it’s not the first time. At least give me something comparable to my SUV that I brought in.
The team is consistently top notch. Their fleet is always very new fully loaded models.
