Bought a new hilux through city Toyota, got to say the experience was excellent. Michael in new cars is a pleasure to deal with, not pushy and down to earth. Then back for a service later and wow, what a experience the best I’ve ever had, not just pack the car and drop your keys in a box - a discussion, photos taken, confirmation of scope etc, really impressive.
I contacted Toyota Nedlands service centre to seek assistance for my 23 month old RAV4. It has failed to start twice in the past 8 days requiring RAC roadside assist. I was informed that I would have to wait THREE WEEKS before they could look at it. There was no attempt to try and assist me in any way. I was told to try other Toyota service centres!!!!. I have been servicing both of my cars at Nedlands for over 15 years and I can clearly see that their customer service has plummeted and I will never go back there.
Big thanks to Mark from the parts department. I called looking for information on a genuine Toyota Hilux canopy I’d purchased secondhand, and Mark took the time to look into it for me and point me in the right direction. Great customer service and genuinely appreciated. A credit to the dealership, and kudos to Mark!
