City to Coast were honest and transparent about what was needed for my reverse cycle unit to repair it in a manner that left me with no out of pocket expenses and with a working unit. Their honesty and the cheerful, positive attitude of the tradesperson who attended the job left me feeling lucky that I had chosen them (randomly from on online search) to do the job. Their staff member was on time and professional. I would recommend and use them any time anything needs repair again.
