We have been trying to close on a property for 8 weeks and Don had been less than available to do his end of business FOR WEEKS. Finally after all pieces are in place from a terribly SLOW title team, Don wants to delay signing despite being aware of our availability. All parties are available but Don wants to leave the office early despite posted hours.
