Absolutely terrible experience with City Title. They ordered the payoff document 2 weeks ahead of time and, of course, did not call to confirm the final amounts prior to closing, which was delayed because City Title did not have the correct detail for Lake County. Once I realized the wrong amount was paid, I was told by Ann S. "to be logical for a second," as if I was making up my question and couldn't possibly understand how to read a funds flow statement.
