I brought my truck in for service in a response to a postcard I received as a reminder that it was due. I gave the girl at the counter keys and told her I would wait. When the service was completed, I was called to the desk and given a receipt for the work done. I looked at it quickly and noticed that it was for about $900 which I thought was a little bit much for an oil change and I questioned the amount and she said there were some items in there that were expensive so I paid the bill. Called City Tire this morning Oct 13 to see if someone could come out to my house to look at my truck. The key would not turn it was locked up. They came out with in 20 min. Work with the key for a few then had it working again all with in 5 min. Plus no charge.
