We recently had a dead battery when we were scheduled to leave for vacation. Payton was very helpful and responded quickly to our needs. Even though it was late on a Friday evening, he found us the battery we needed for our car, and Ellis came out in a timely manner and installed it. Their main concern was to get us on the road to begin our vacation on time. They were both very friendly and very helpful. We could not have asked for better service.
Blew a tire on the way camping . It was after business hours .I called City Tire and selected the emergency number . Mr Peyton answered on the first ring . Without hesitation he assured me that he would take care of me ! They met me at the store with a smile and treated me like a family . THANKS CITY TIRE ! YOU SAVED OUR FAMILYS CAMPING TRIP ! THANKS AGAIN AND I PRAY GOD BLESSES YOU !

Mr. Peyton helped calm me down when I got a flat tire just outside of Lincolnton. He gave us a great deal on replacing the tire and the towing, but more than anything he helped us feel more empowered to handle a very stressful situation. We are incredibly thankful for the good people of Lincoln County!
