This past Saturday I had a tire blow out on my way home. My spare was not accessible so I contacted City Tire at 1153 AM explained my situation and he told me he would get me taken care of right away. When the truck arrived he quickly assessed the tire was beyond repair, loaded the truck on the wrecker took it to the shop and installed a good used temporary tire. I was out of the shop at 140 PM. We recently had a dead battery when we were scheduled to leave for vacation. Payton was very helpful and responded quickly to our needs. Even though it was late on a Friday evening, he found us the battery we needed for our car, and Ellis came out in a timely manner and installed it. Their main concern was to get us on the road to begin our vacation on time. They were both very friendly and very helpful. We could not have asked for better service.
Blew a tire on the way camping . It was after business hours .I called City Tire and selected the emergency number . Mr Peyton answered on the first ring . Without hesitation he assured me that he would take care of me ! They met me at the store with a smile and treated me like a family . THANKS CITY TIRE ! YOU SAVED OUR FAMILYS CAMPING TRIP ! THANKS AGAIN AND I PRAY GOD BLESSES YOU !
