I brought my car in for a diagnosis, and Jon told me it was a loose jam nut, which he said he had fixed. My wife’s family has been going there for decades. I’ve gotten tires there probably 4 times or more. Never a problem. They must have new employees because my nice, metal stock Subaru valve stem covers were gone and replaced with only 3 cheap plastic ones. I notified them with no response. 😑
