Absolute comedy gold here. A worker literally popped my tire, looked at it, and decided the best fix was to slap the exact same damaged tire back onto my car. If I hadn’t stepped in, they would have sent me down the highway on a wing, a prayer, and a strip of tape. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!!
I will place a 1 star, only because, the owner at the end of an alignment, told me my front drivers' side, is "missing a part, and will experience knocking when driving, a bit" He visually demonstrated the missing part, a Stabilizer Link. When I had new tie rods, placed in, this problem did not exist. Or ever, in ownership of vehicle for over a year, which I bought from my Mexican Brothers who work with me. (They even run a credible tire shop in Sunnyvale, but do not do alignments) Now shall have to take another day off of w... read more
