My niece got four tires put on April 10, 2026. While she was driving home from the garage about a mile away, her back driver side tire flew off and her car went down, as if the tire was not even bolted on. Mind you this was on a busy road. She could have been severely hurt. Thanks god no one was coming the opposite way because her tire would have smashed into their car. Super unprofessional ! Never answer the phone. An when you get there you always gotta look for someone because no one is ever at the front desk. Then you gotta double check your tires after they put on the “new” tires
They never answer calls. How they stay in business? I didn’t want to make the drive and find out they don’t have my tire size. ANSWER YALLS PHONE! You would get more customers.
