I’m very disappointed with this shop. They booked my appointment two weeks in advance, but then cancelled it at the last minute. What makes this even worse is that they were the ones who sold me the tires and mounted them on the rims themselves, yet somehow only on the day of service did they realize that their machine “can’t read a 2017 sensor.” If that’s the case, they should have asked about the vehicle year or sensor type when the appointment was made, especially since they already handled my tires.
