We were looking for tile for our house and found the most amazing flooring at City Tile & Cabinets. Even better, they offered a good price and install at a rate better than most everyone else we'd gotten an estimate from. The tile installers were excellent and the rest of the crew managed the quirks of our older house wonderfully. Everyone who comes over compliments our tile, and all the other contractors for other projects have complimented the quality of the install.
The owner has no sense of customer service. They told me job will be done in two months, but they finished it in 4 months. Quality is bad, and they don’t have licensed contractors working with them. Cabinets are too close together due to wrong measurement they person in charge did. They charge you 4 times of actual price you find in other stores like floor and decor… if you want to throw your Manet in garbage. Then go with them… PS,…. Read the small prints in their invoice before signing…
