I'm so disappointed in this City Sweats. I purchased the intro sauna deal and booked the service, but when it turned out that I would not be able to attend (with more than 24 hours notice) as I live out of town, I kindly requested a refund over email and was told they do not offer any refunds. I reminded them that I lived out of town and would not be able to use it and they straight up just stopped responding to my emails. Not worth it to me. Cute place but disappointed in lymphatic massage machine. They try to take my money and they added their own tip to my card without asking. They still owe me my money stating their credit card machine was broken. DO NOT GO THERE U WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I honestly want my money back. I wasn't supposed to be charged! I went there to support a black owned business.

I really especially loved the atmosphere at City Sweats. Gorgeous space and great vibe. I will be back soon.
