Such a great full-body workout. There are plenty of class times to choose from. The instructors are knowledgeable about working with different people and body-types. It's a unique experience and definitely a workout that helps with overall physical and mental strength.
One of the harder work out classes I’ve taken and I love it! It’s like boot camp on a surf board. I recommend it to everyone.

Drea was a super welcoming and positive instructor! She gave plenty of personal attention during the class, which helped me learn my body and the cues for good form. There was plenty of off the board calisthenics mixed with on the board work that pushed me to engage my core to perfect my balance. I got sweaty and worked hard - this workout definitely hit multiple angles of the major muscle groups in my legs.
