We have ordered product at least 1 and a half months ago now and they tell us they are expected to ship next week and they say the same thing every week for several weeks now. Just ordered same product from Grainger on Friday and had it by Moday and cheeper.
I brought in my carpet cleaning machine because I was having issues. Steve was awesome, the repair was incredibly cheap and I got my machine back the next day since they had the part in stock. Steve set me up with a rental machine that was actually really nice and got me through the rest of my day with no issues. I am very happy with my service and will recommend to everyone

They have products that work great. The prices are just as good. Their sales person Emma offers the best customer service I've ever seen. Would highly recommend this place
I placed my order online and it arrived quickly. There were a couple parts that were missing and with one phone call and at no additional cost to me, they had them packaged up and sent over by the next week. Thanks for the great service!!
