It has been a huge challenge in trying to get my bathroom sink and kitchen sink fixed, as they were shot to pieces and as old as the hills so to speak. I’ve been living here at City Summit Apartments now for 6 years, and all of the management and maintenance people who came and went were worthless. Never could get anything taken care of in my apartment, everything was just piled up in here with problems. I have been a resident for going on 3 years - but I almost wasn’t. The past management was horrible. Nothing was getting fixed. Rules weren’t being enforced and the complex was filthy and falling apart. BUT This new management team is amazing (and that is an understatement). They treat me with kindness and dignity, they treat my maintenance issues with urgency as though they were their own and they have cleaned up the complex. Horrible . Everything is broken . from the ac to the stove . we have put in several work orders . management is horrible as well .
