The Managrment now at City Summit Apartments are great. They take care of your situations that you are experiencing very fast. Best management and maintenance team. The amenities are great here, and all the conveniences around are a plus, like the hospitals, restaurants,etc… The price range at these apartments are great too. Consider living here. Gail Ballard.
Slow down when showing apartment videos, and post more pictures of the apartments and less of the gym, and pool table room.
Are people seriously complaining about stray cats? Blame the irresponsible owners not the cats. I'm looking into this complex simply due to the awesome office staff. I'm a little weary of the reviews of the residents they seem very Karen like.
Ya'll are full of it with the pictures on the website; the pools BOTH didn't work at all this summer...the whole summer!!!! The playground for the kids is freaking disgusting...the entire complex is full if trash, cats and homeless. It took the like 3 months to fix my AC and right after we got infested with roaches. Ya'll need a VERRY Good Pest Control bc this is the second time we gotten roaches in not even a year.
Kim was very helpful and made sure she got job done and correct. Thank you for taking time after hours to fix sinks in our unit!
