I have used City and Suburban for both the gut renovation of my apartment and the renovation of my son's two bathroom and the rebuilding of a staircase in his apartment. The work they do is beautiful. Plumbing, electrical, plastering, painting exceeded my expectation. They gave me a price for the work and they did not nit pick every nickel and dime. Lee honored his commitment and we are pleased with our experience.
Lee and his team did a beautiful job on my renovation of my NYC co-op. I finally have the home of my dreams and everything that I asked for was delivered professionally And in a timely fashion.
