Went here for the second time today to fix the knocking noise when I move my steering wheel. I dropped off my car at 7 in the morning. No phones calls to say that the parts did not arrive today. Went back to pick up the car only to be told then that the parts did not arrive. Last week, we were told that we could drop off the car to have it fixed ONLY TO BE TOLD to take it back home as the parts would be arriving this week. WHAT A JOKE!
