I have been renting a unit since Dec. The staff are great and the facilities are clean, mostly a good exp... I received an email that my account is overdue when it is not. I sent an email explaing that I have paid in person... I can show the debit tranactions. Then I got another email "overlock notice" Again saying I am overdue when I am not. I used City Storage to buy items for my son's college dorm in London ( we live in BC). Tonya and Dante were nothing short of amazing. We arrived Labor Day weekend to move my son into his residence. The facility was closed for the long weekend, but Tonya and Dante provided me with very specific directions so that I was able to get into the facility myself and gather all of our items. The facility was so bright, clean and well organized. I highly recommend this facility!
