I used City Storage to buy items for my son's college dorm in London ( we live in BC). Tonya and Dante were nothing short of amazing. We arrived Labor Day weekend to move my son into his residence. The facility was closed for the long weekend, but Tonya and Dante provided me with very specific directions so that I was able to get into the facility myself and gather all of our items. The facility was so bright, clean and well organized. I highly recommend this facility!
They go above and beyond! Most secure facility hands down in London Ontario and surrounding areas. All staff are very welcoming

Recently dealt with an unpleasant situation with a neighbouring storage unit, which was beyond managements control. However, Tonya was very prompt in responding and helping resolve the situation with a solution that exceeded my expectations.
