I had the pleasure of working with Myia. I needed to transfer units and she answered all my questions and didn't mind helping me. She was patient, knowledgeable and very understanding I can't thank her enough!
Update! Went today 7-3-26 to get the rest of my family members items to clear out the unit. Found several more ROACHES in the unit, skin the ROACHES SHED AND there was a ROACH crawling around in the trash can in the office! This place is so disgusting! Also funny how management responded to other Google reviews that were good yet no one has responded to my review of a ROACH infestation at this storage place with ROACHES in my family members unit and belongings AND found out that there have been many more complaints of ROACHE... read more
Came in yesterday looking for a unit. I was greeted by amazing workers who helped me out a lot. Myia and Daykey I think is his name lol he was a sweetheart. They truly were exceptional & professionals.
Loved it !!!! Great environment and very respectful staff. He didn’t even get mad when I butchered his name lol I think it’s Dakei.
