Cade was clear in communication for the rental of the U-Haul. He took the time to explain things and was very helpful and patient in answering our questions and concerns no matter how small they were. Excellent location and facilities, would very much recommend Cade and City Storage for any future moving needs!

The best customer service I’ve ever had with storage / U-haul
Great staff, super friendly and will call to discuss your rental and options for return. Can’t blame them for not being able to extend an out of town arrival, this is El Paso after all. The out of town trucks get reserved as soon as the out of towner pays for them.
