Horrible Customer Service! I would give them No Stars! Everyone who works there is disrespectful and never try to help when Needed. Invoices are never properly explained when asked about them! Never Bring your parts here! Brenda is horrible for explaining Invoices!
This company has very rude employees. The men I have spoken with when dropping off parts are very rude and seem to not understand the concept of customer service. When dropping off parts it felt as though I was bugging them to do their job. They are also very unhelpful when it comes to invoicing. Our companies have been coming here for years to drop off parts. Unfortunately, we will no longer be taking any parts to this company. Horrible service, would not recommend to anyone. Zero stars if possible.
