Great experience at Experteeth Melbourne. The staff were friendly and professional from the start. Dr Feng was really thorough—after finding a cavity on my X-ray, they did a cone beam CT on the same day and picked up something that no one else found before. I really appreciated how honest they were—no upselling, just clear and simple explanations so I knew exactly what was going on. The practice is neat and welcoming. Dr Catherine Feng cleaned my teeth thoroughly and gently, she made sure I was comfortable the entire time and took time to explain the procedures. There was good communication between her and her assistant as well. She gave me good tips on how to look after my teeth at the end, I felt confident that I was well looked after. Will definitely be coming back!
