had an absolutely disgraceful encounter with this business specifically with gurpeet he should be fired and charged he scammed my friends, added an 87$ tip on the bill without anyones knowledge, stopped the ride midway through saying he's refunding us and to get out because apparently he needed cash? and then he said his payment machine was broken? he was making absolutely no sense whatsoever just lie after lie after lie trying to extort our group for more money, changing the original price of 300$ to 500$, arguing for half ... read more
Absolutely a scam of company. They quoted 300, then charged my friend 550. Then the driver had the audacity to pull over and demand that he refunds the money and we pay him cash. Called the boss and he is just as crooked as the driver. The driver didn’t want to refund the money nor drive us back. Avoid this company at all costs
I took a limo to North Vancouver the ride there was OK but the ride back had no heat and no music and the limo driver couldn’t speak English THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!! DO NOT BOOKED WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
Incredible customer service. Unfortunately we booked our reservation and within 20 min found out we had to cancel. They were able to refund us our deposit we had just sent and were amazing over the phone. I look forward to booking and using them in the future!
We had an absolute great experience. After dealing quest limos and having issues with their limos we called city star and I'm glad we did. They were on time, super courteous, and made sure we enjoyed ourselves to the fullest. Hands down if we need anther limo in town, they will definitely be who we call!!!
