Worst service I have ever had. Mark B was very rude and his responses were very short and dismissive, not helpful at all. I was very pleased with the gym itself but because of Mark there is no chance I will be returning.
I visited this gym to attempt to get a membership. While I completely understood that I couldn’t proceed without my driver’s license, the interaction I had with the staff member (Mark B) assisting me was disappointing. The responses I received were short, dismissive, and made me feel like I was wasting his time. The attitude came across as arrogant, and the overall tone of the conversation made me feel so uncomfortable that I simply thanked him and left. Staff was very unwelcoming and hostile especially Mark. Very unhelpful. Do not recommended. Gym itself is nice and there is one nice employee there, but other than that I do not see myself coming back. Mark treated me as if I didn’t belong and was not making any effort to help or communicate with me.
Mark B is terrible. He seemed completely uninterested in helping and rather seemed like he was too power-driven and run by his own ego.
