It’s a shame when a Gym turns into a place where people sit at the machines and read their phones instead of doing a workout. In turn, they block other people from using machines and equipment and nobody in management or otherwise walks around to ensure that people are moving through the equipment and not sitting there blocking other people from using it.

I signed up at this location under a promotion where the annual membership fee was specifically to be waived. The staff at the front desk confirmed that I would not be charged this annual fee. Despite that, two weeks later I was charged $59.99 as an annual membership fee. This completely goes against what I was told at sign-up and feels like very misleading billing. Pretty good club, with a pool and a spa. They took out the basketball courts in 2024. The AC in back needs work and it usually takes a few weeks for machines to get repaired.

These five stars go to Philip, the yoga teacher on Wednesdays. I didn’t cancel my membership just because of him, he’s amazing.

this is not a gym. it's a teen social center and iphone reading room. people sit on every machine and bench and just scroll iphones mindlessly for long periods. many never do a set. there is zero gym etiquette or care about impact to others. if you press them on working in they run to the front desk and complain to "the manager". she is the worst; zero customer relationship and management skills. this appears to be her first job, she's created an incredibly toxic environment. she thrives on fostering drama, encouraging every... read more
