I was shocked to find Andrew the director of personal fitness attack me with insulting remarks saying I’m confused about what I want, I don’t know what I’m doing and least of all saying I don’t mean to attack but I didn’t think you would not be taking the membership. Andrew, a complementary session is supposed to let customers decide if they want your product or not. It was not cool. Otherwise the facilities are nice.
smells disgusting and they don’t even play music anymore all you hear is slamming and grunting. never seen a more apathetic manager
Clean and non harassing managers
wanna praise the staff, always greeting you with a friendly smile on the way in and out, and they are great with the lost and found, I recovered lost or forgotten earbuds, gloves, etc several times 😀. Everything else is great too.
Across all locations, there is only one leg adduction and one abduction machine, and they are always busy. These are highly used machines, often with long wait times. It would really improve the experience if there were at least two of each.
