The gym itself is alright, staff is friendly, but it’s DIRTY. I started getting allergies after being in the gym and noticed the vents. I don’t suppose those carpets get washed either.
Horrible customer service, you don’t even get a welcome to city sports. I initially came to use a free guest pass that was generated online as the website accepted the initiation. Instead of accepting a potential new member I was asked “why did I drive this far and there where other gyms closer to me. Older middle eastern man either the sales manager or just a regular sales rep was horrible. Asked why I drove this far , and why I’m not going to a gym closer to where I live. Don’t go, equipments are old. Swimming water is dirty. What makes it even worse is, the service is BAD.
Original review from 2018: Going here for week only, but already faced the act of stealing. My lockbox was breached, nothing, luckily, was stolen, but only the lock itself. The reaction of reception guys - pity and regret only. It's really interesting how they handle all this situation cause I'm not the only one and this occurs pretty often.
