It’s a shame when a Gym turns into a place where people sit at the machines and read their phones instead of doing a workout. In turn, they block other people from using machines and equipment and nobody in management or otherwise walks around to ensure that people are moving through the equipment and not sitting there blocking other people from using it. My life unravelled a few years back. I found myself hollow, no help, no second chance, going through detox to obtain sobriety, gain mental clarity and focus. This gym is dirty and poorly managed. There are only two TRX straps, hanging in one spot, and they look so old it feels like they haven’t been replaced since the gym first opened. During peak hours, there’s often no space available because the main areas are taken over by group classes. As a result, you’re forced to squeeze into a very small area for independent workouts.
