THEY HAVE THE BEST DEALS!!! Probably lower than your current gym for 2x the amount of equipment. They offer yoga classes, personal trainers and Pilates. They have a pool! . Lockers are very big! You don't need to pay to put your stuff in them, just bring a lock. This location also has showers with hot water. Cleaning is a priority here, they are constantly up keeping the cleanliness of the gym! They have sanitization wipes in every corner and they offer a huge selection of machines and different variety of weights.
I travel frequently and train martial arts at different gyms, so I need a place for strength training and physical therapy during the 1–2 weeks a month I'm in the Bay Area. i believe we all workout to be happy and one of the ways that makes me happy is to sing and dance. i feel confident, empowered, and motivated when i am lifting heavy weights at the gym but i was informed that i am not allowed to sing and dance and they gave me a warning. the cleaning staff are SO NICE and they always do a good job, the front desk is always welcoming and the space is always clean and tidy. it’s not an ideal gym to join if you like singing and dancing in between workouts though, better not slam the weights and... read more
Signed up for a guest pass online. Employee asked way too many questions about health (and for some reason tried to measure my body fat percentage), fitness goals, and plans when I signed up for a guest pass. As a beginner I did not have answers so she ended up repeating and rephrasing questions which got annoying.
