I've been going to Scott since Nov 2023 for an ACL tear and he truly has changed my life for the better. I suffered a few setbacks from my initial ACL surgery and Scott was so patient with me, rehabbing my knee slowly day by day, no matter how many times I cried or got upset. This is my second review (and second rehab experience) of City Sports PT and Dr. Scott Plank and his incredible team! Everyone is extremely professional and caring, from Andrea and Christine at the front desk, to Jamie and Vicky who assist with therapy treatments. Dr. Scott is remarkably knowledgeable, and always took time to answer my many questions, including using anatomical pictures to assist my understanding. This is the incorrect address for Dr. Scott’s office! His correct address is 1281 Oakmead Pkwy suite 102, Sunnyvale, CA. I don’t know why this map address changed. I have been going to see Dr. Scott for over 3 years at the real address. Call before you go to confirm the real address!
If you are looking for a physical therapist, I highly recommend City Sport Physical Therapy and Dr. Scott Plank, the physical therapist.
