Rude and judgmental reception - I thought the field of psychiatry was meant to be inclusive?
After waiting several months for my appointment, I arrived on time—only to be kept waiting over an hour with no explanation or update. The reception staff were unprofessional and completely lacked basic courtesy; not even a text or phone call was made to inform me of the delay. To make matters worse, while I was still standing in reception waiting, I was casually told I could cancel and wait another five months for a new appointment. Absolutely unacceptable.
Dr Oddy is amazing. She is kind, caring and non-judgemental.
