I had a really disappointing experience at this dental clinic. I originally went in to fix one specific problem, but instead of focusing on that, the doctors kept booking multiple appointments for small issues and giving me advice about my smile and other things I didn’t ask for. What frustrated me the most was the billing. Even after cancelling an appointment, my insurance was still charged. That felt very unfair and unprofessional.
