I had received very good care at this office in the past(since 2023). In fact, I completed my orthodontic treatment here with Dr. Salas, who has always been very kind and professional. Terrible experience – would not recommend. I’m extremely disappointed with this office. After losing my job, I reached out to explain my situation and ask if they could work with me on a payment plan. They showed no compassion or flexibility whatsoever. It’s clear they care more about money than patient care. To make matters worse, a different dentist—not the one we originally started with—worked on my daughter's dental treatment without properly informing us.
