Great dentist, shoddy building

Cost of services have increased enormously over the past 12 months. I found another dentist locally much less expensive but equally qualified. It’s now taken over a week for City Smiles to forward my dental records with no guarantee when they’ll be sent. Apparently the manager has to approve the process and I was told has to read through everything before hand. WHY? Very unhappy.
I had a great experience here. Dr.Terence is very professional and patient, and took the time to understand my posture issues in detail. After the treatment, I felt noticeable relief and better alignment. The explanation was clear and reassuring throughout the session. And the price is fair. Highly recommended for anyone looking for effective and thoughtful care!
