I went here to get an old crown replaced. Saw the dentist Vadin Rogelberg. The procedure was painful and I found Rogelberg dour and difficult to deal with. I will not go back to this clinic after this experience.
I had a disappointing experience at City Smiles. Dr Damien made me feel like I was a bother because I had previously seen another dentist at the practice. He checked my tooth that was the problem and the reason for the visit and gave me his advice which I appreciated but when I asked him to check the rest of my teeth for any issues he said that there was a treatment plan from two years ago with another dentist and I should come back to see him and basically showed me the door. Ok. So I am not a nervous candidate. I am utterly terrified, such that I have delayed this extraction by FIVE YEARS. But with a trip upcoming and its vulnerability, I booked in. Given other dentists told me the risks with such a complex extraction, I asked for THE BEST. They booked me with Damien. Well, he is a man of few words.
