I visited this practice today. I saw my preferred practitioner Dr Park. Very confident in his clinical practice. Whilst waiting however I was somewhat dismayed to hear a member of staff discussing bonuses with a new staff member at the front desk. I have no issue with support staff earning bonuses however this sort of conversation ought to be held in private. The fact that it was held in a public environment does reveal a possible cultural problem, I think. I will return however.
My most recent visit to this clinic was a disaster. I went in on Saturday due to pain in a tooth that Dr. Park had treated last October—right after I’d had a wisdom tooth extracted at this same clinic. As I recall, the filling was placed very close to the nerve; Dr. Park even pointed this out to me on an X-ray and warned that the nerve might die within a couple of weeks.
