Paul fitted a new boiler last year and made an excellent job ,a year later the anual service was carried out at the agreed time with no problems City and shire are my go to for any heating work ,paul is a thorough and experienced technician and is easy to communicate dates and times for work to be carried out

Paul is always helpful and punctual. He has been servicing and repairing all the boilers in our families houses for many years and always does a good job

Very very disappointed after using this company for many years for boiler service, this year when I phoned Paul said he would call me back to arrange a day and a time bit never heard back from him. Very unprofessional not to call back.

Absolutely amazing job. Completely low-balled the competitors prices (at least £400 difference) for my boiler installation with exactly the same boiler which allowed me to get a remote thermostat & timer controller. Right on time, they installed the new boiler, fitted the new pipes, adjusted the flue hole on my wall, even fitted the waste pipe to the main waste rather than making a new hole in my wall, all whilst explaining the whole process, what it actually does and explained how the thermostat works.
