Been to many shops in this neighborhood and by far this place has the most unique selection of machine parts. Very affordable prices happy to help and find solutions. Especially good for sewing machine parts and replacement blades for sergers.
I recently purchased a pre-owned Pegasus W504 pearl stitch sewing machine from City Sewing, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I couldn’t be happier with the service with The Sewing Doctor at City Sewing in New York! My Bernina Artist had been diagnosed as completely dead, and I thought there was no hope. I brought my Bernina Artista 200 to a few different places in the city before finally taking it to City Sewing. I honestly wish I had checked Bernina’s website first to find an authorized service center. After carrying this heavy, expensive machine around to several shops, nobody mentioned that City Sewing and The Sewing Doctor are authorized Bernina specialists.
