I brought my Bernina Artista 200 to a few different places in the city before finally taking it to City Sewing. I honestly wish I had checked Bernina’s website first to find an authorized service center. After carrying this heavy, expensive machine around to several shops, nobody mentioned that City Sewing and The Sewing Doctor are authorized Bernina specialists. Amazing work, I had very a small issue with my machine & they fixed it right away. Would highly recommend City Sewing to anyone!
I arrived at the store just as the owner (I assume!) was locking up on a Saturday afternoon, and he kindly reopened it for me and quickly got the invisible zipper foot I needed for my machine. He couldn't have been kinder, and the foot was substantially cheaper than anywhere I found online. I will definitely be back when I need any repairs or want to upgrade to a nicer machine!
