The team at city service mechanics are honest and reliable. Izzy took the time to simplify and explain the mechanical issues with my van to put me at ease. He answered all calls and texts promptly. The service prices are fair for their level of knowledge, skill and expertise.
Izzy and the team were awesome and super accommodating with last-minute requests! My partner had our Mini Cooper in for maintenance recently, and today we had to bring it in again after it started acting up from hitting the curb. Even though it was nearly 5:30, they still checked the car and ran a few diagnostics for free. Now that’s what I call great customer service!
