The best mechanic I've ever had - ladies if you're looking for someone transparent, judgement free, without a pink tax, efficient and just straight up NICE TO INTERACT WITH I cannot recommend Izzy and the team enough. Also won't upsell you and will be straight to the point about what you need now and what can wait for a future service depending on your budget and lifestyle.
Izzy & his team are great, and would give more stars if I could. I relocated to Melbourne from interstate last year and have gone to several mechanics, but think I’ve found the one. Izzy is very helpful, with lots of experience & expertise to match. It’s good to have a level of familiarity with a mechanic, to establish trust and know that you’re in good hands. City service mechanics provides the most genuine and transparent auto mechanical service in Victoria, if not Australia. During the entire process of being a customer here I have never once felt pressured to install parts and have always been treated with respect. Turnaround is incredible and does not compensate speed for quality. I will continue to use this shop for the rest of the time I’m in Victoria and will continue to recommend it to family and friends.
