Izzy is simply the best of the best! There are mechanics who just want repeat business and then there’s these guys. Communication; on point. Clear as Mallorca waters and no room for misunderstandings. Vibe in the shop is up there with non-stop banter, which clearly runs in the family. Cannot recommend high enough.
My 2023 BMW M3 Competition was making some concerning noises. After visiting another mechanic who couldn’t resolve the issue, the team at City Service Mechanics identified the problem straight away and fixed it promptly. Very professional service and great attention to detail. I’ll definitely be bringing all my cars here from now on
Updated: old review below. We ended up with a cracked head and desperately needed help, and again the guys at City Service overdelivered! They got us a new head fitted along with other extensive service, and now the van runs better than it did 1 year and 20.000kms ago. Thank you so much guys!
