I’ve used them in the past so I called them for an estimate on running electrical service to my shop. A gentleman showed up about few days later to look at the job and told me he would have a number for me in 2 days. A full week went by with no estimate for me so I called them and a lady answered and I asked her if they had my estimate and she indicated rudely that the estimator was busy and would get it to me soon.
