When I make a major purchase I typically wait to write a review because I want to make sure all is well. I have been using Citi Service for my oil furnace cleaning for several years now. My boiler was getting old and was going out and was unreliable. I worked with Chris and Regina to select a new Buderus boiler with a Riello burner. It was installed in September of 2024. Best customer service, showed up earlier than booked, both to look at the job and then complete it.
