City Service Company is the BEST!! Needed a new water heater installed, Kris and Steve were awesome, hot water and heat working in a very short period of time !! Best customer service, showed up earlier than booked, both to look at the job and then complete it. Much appreciated from a household of 3 very anxious femalesfreaking out with no hot water.....Thank you Kris & Steve !!!!!
Kris, Regina and there staff have serviced my system for years! I cannot emphasize that their attention to detail has never wavered! Incredible service, response and customer satisfaction for years. Recently replaced my oil tank as it started to leak…price could not be touched and he did everything including handling the town permits and the tank removal / replacement w/o issue! Well done !!!
I had an excellent experience with our service tech, Luis from City Service. He arrived promptly at 8:30 AM to service our boiler. Luis was respectful, clean, and highly knowledgeable about his work. He took the time to educate me about heating systems and how they function, which I really appreciated. Later that evening, around 8:00 PM, we noticed our heat wasn’t working. Installed my oil tank and have fixed my furnace multiple times. Grate company! Experienced and knowledgably.
I don’t write reviews but this company deserves one. Chris and his dad came to service my boiler, they change a filter and told me that was all I needed $173.50 which I gave them $200 because they didn’t have change.My boiler went on reset mode and I called them. The technician Louis ( very professional) show up at my home a change a cat eye and try to charge $214 again. I refuse to pay for an extra service call and call chris.
