City Septic definitely separates themselves from the competition. At first I was a little skeptical because on the phone I was quoted a (Starting Price). When Billy (the driver) pulled into my driveway he put a tarp under the pump truck to prevent any chance of a leak on my driveway. Then before Billy began digging up my septic tank lid he layed out a 5x5 tarp to put the dirt on to help avoid making a mess. At this point in time I went back into my house. Billy really helped us out when we needed a tank pumped the same day we called. He was on time and finished pumping in no time. Will call him the next time I need any service.
